As the UI/UX Designer, you will design intuitive, high-performing interfaces and maintain a cohesive design system across multiple web applications. You will collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces and workflows in Figma, following Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui standards
- Build and maintain a cohesive design system across multiple web applications and device sizes
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, component variants, and micro-interactions to communicate design intent
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs
- Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive, scalable UI solutions
- Deliver well-organized, developer-ready design assets and specifications (icons via Lucide/Heroicons)
- Partner with engineers to ensure design fidelity, accessibility (WCAG), and consistency throughout implementation
- Contribute to UX strategy, design documentation, and continuous system improvement
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing modern web applications
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, variants)
- Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
- Experience designing for React/Next.js environments using Tailwind or similar utility frameworks
- Ability to balance creative exploration with structured, scalable design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a sharp eye for detail
