The Graphic Designer interprets and executes creative requests, collaborating with the Creative Lead/Manager on design vision. They develop and refine marketing materials that communicate key messages and align with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute creative requests by reviewing briefs or project requirements and collaborating with the Creative Lead/Manager on design vision.
- Develop and refine marketing materials (digital, print, presentations, events, property collateral) that communicate key messages and align with brand standards.
- Provide first-level quality control on creative outputs, finalize projects for review, and prepare files for distribution or production.
- Coordinate production processes including print preparation, packaging artwork, and liaising with Project Coordinators or Marketing Operations Managers.
- Manage workload and deadlines by prioritizing projects, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in marketing, creative services, or a production environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong design skills in creating infographics, iconography, charts, and other visuals; knowledge of HTML or web design is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Skills
