The successful candidate will produce creative and innovative visual communications materials for the South African Reserve Bank and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, collaborating with clients, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, visualise and create high-quality, creative designs in collaboration with internal and external clients
- Assist with the selection of key elements such as photographs, images, infographics and graphs for publications, motion designs, communications and brand materials
- Collaborate with internal clients to define design requirements and ensure the delivery of fit-for-purpose design elements
- Plan and organise work in accordance with schedules agreed to with the Visual Communications Manager
- Communicate with all clients to provide feedback, insights and guidance on design elements that are in line with the SARB brand
- Collaborate with and provide expert advice to clients on all matters related to layout and design
- Prioritise work according to scheduled publications and urgency
- Adhere to turnaround times specified in the Visual Communication's Procedures and Standards document and agreed timelines established with clients
