Freelance Web Designer – Fintech

A dynamic fintech platform is seeking a Lead Creative to shape and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints, with experience in web and graphic design, and proficiency in Framer and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the marketing website using Framer, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility across devices
• Develop and manage the brand's visual identity, including digital assets for campaigns, social media, and product launches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative output with business objectives and marketing strategies
• Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for web, email, and social platforms
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes across all materials
• Implement web development best practices, including basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Regularly update and optimize site content to support growth marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a web and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital campaign work
• Proficiency in Framer, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
• Experience working with growth marketing teams and supporting fast-paced, iterative campaigns
• Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and user experience principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Full-time onsite availability in Montreal is required
• Ability to work independently and take creative ownership of projects
