A leading charity is seeking a Content Designer to create user-focused content for their digital platforms, with a strong understanding of user-centered design and experience writing content for the web.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit content for websites and digital services that meets real user needs
- Apply user-centered design principles to ensure content is useful, usable, and accessible
- Work closely with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver content solutions
- Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and supports inclusive experiences
- Conduct content reviews and recommend improvements based on user research
Requirements
- Proven experience as a content designer, writing for web or digital services
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user-focused content creation
- Experience working with UX, design, or digital teams to deliver content solutions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Must have the right to work in the UK
