UI/UX Designer [OPEN TO ALL LATAM]

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered digital solutions, overseeing the entire design cycle from research to functional interface delivery. They will collaborate closely with technology teams and other designers to contribute creative proposals and enhance the organization's Design System.

Responsibilities

• Design digital solutions centered on the user
• Accompany the entire design cycle, from research and definition of requirements to delivery of functional and coherent interfaces
• Work closely with technology teams and other designers, contributing creative proposals and contributing to the Design System of the organization
• Design product and experience, investigating and evaluating user needs, translating ideas into flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Investigate and validate, supporting or leading product discovery processes, illustrating ideas through storyboards and flows

Requirements

• University degree or studies in a design discipline and/or certificates that accredit experience in UX/UI
• At least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI designer or similar roles
• Dominion of the design process (empathy with users, definition of problems, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration)
• Excellent visual foundations and graphic execution
• Handling of tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Marvel, and Zeplin
