UI/UX Designer (m/w/d) - Louco App Teilzeit 20 Std/Woche

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and developing the Louco app interfaces using Figma, as well as optimizing the website for better user engagement. They will also ensure brand consistency and collaborate closely with the founding team and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop the Louco app and website
- Optimize the website for conversion and user experience
- Create creative direction for the app and website
- Design ad-hoc designs for events and other projects
- Ensure consistent look and feel across all digital products
- Present design concepts and ideas to the team and stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong portfolio with UI/web works
- Solid Figma skills (Auto-Layout, components, prototyping)
- Basic understanding of UX methods (user flows, wireframes, information hierarchy)
- Good sense of typography, layout, visual details
- Fluent in German or English
