Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will shape the design and development of user interfaces across various products. This role involves collaborating with engineering and product managers to create innovative features and improve user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the needs of Formlabs customers, translating their insights into innovative features
- Collaborate closely with engineering to refine designs and bring them to life
- Partner with product managers to ideate, define, and validate early-stage concepts
- Conduct in-depth research by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing product usage data
- Conduct regular audits of the end-to-end user experience across their ecosystem
- Help design, grow, and maintain robust and scalable design systems
Requirements
- Proven track record of working on complex, technical products
- Clear understanding of human-computer interaction principles
- Strong and diverse portfolio
- Deep expertise with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
