User Experience Designer

A UX Designer is sought to join the Commercial Banking team, optimizing digital banking platforms and designing solutions that improve usability and enhance engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand customer pain points and financial workflows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for banking applications
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to align design with business goals
• Design interfaces that comply with financial regulations and accessibility standards
• Perform usability testing and refine designs based on feedback
• Stay updated on trends in fintech and UX best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX Design Experience
• Strong Figma skills
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management
• Demonstrated working experience on customer-facing websites with actionable design direction which includes personas, prototypes, user testing, strategic planning
• Demonstrated working experience with all aspects of user research, UI design, interaction design and usability for the web
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work and experience in UX solutions
• Mastery of your craft with a passion to extend your knowledge of UX design principles, modern design tools, emerging technologies, Design thinking, Lean UX, Agile development, accessibility and industry practices and trends through your team
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, etc.) and presentation skills
• Experience working in agile development and waterfall methodologies
