DarkVision’s UX Designer will work across product lines to develop intuitive software tools and client deliverables, collaborating with various teams to streamline data analysis and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Improve and manage existing software products by working with product teams to enhance UX.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to take new features from ideation to launch.
- Design new software products and customer-facing deliverables, fostering brand consistency.
- Conduct UX research to identify pain points and usability issues, guiding product design and usability testing.
- Establish DarkVision’s design system and evangelize user-centered design principles.
Requirements
- Able to work in DarkVision’s North Vancouver office on a daily basis.
- Experience creating or contributing to design systems.
- Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe design suite.
- 4 or more years of experience designing UX/UI for desktop applications.
- Portfolio of work samples.

Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000.
- Eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
