Working Student (f/m/d) – UI Library Designer (UX/UI)

Onsite Full-time Entry Level
A Working Student position at Diehl Metering in Nuremberg to support the UX team in building and refining a comprehensive UI library for enhanced user experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine UI components (atoms, molecules, and templates) to expand the design system.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and usability.
- Use Figma to create responsive components and layouts for multiple screen sizes.
- Test and document components to meet accessibility and design standards.
- Support the team in organizing and maintaining the design library for seamless collaboration.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in User interface- or User experience design or a comparable field.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, including responsive design and basic understanding of accessibility standards.
- Fluent in English (required); German is a plus.
