Lead App Design Projects from initial research to final implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create meaningful and accessible user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead App Design Projects: Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle for key projects
- User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Prototyping and Wire-framing: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems
- App Design: An expert in native App design for IOS & Android
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to product designers
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Documentation: Create detailed design documentation and specifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in App product design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience mentoring junior designers
