Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for key areas, from research insights and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces and production-ready specs.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and accessible experiences that ship.
- Define, document, and evolve the product’s UX architecture and visual language across platforms.
- Create interactive prototypes and implement coded animations and micro-interactions that improve clarity and delight.
- Apply AI thoughtfully to boost exploration, quality, and speed across the design process.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system that balances consistency with creative range.
- Partner closely with product and engineering to plan, scope, and deliver outcomes on time and at high quality.
- Raise the bar through crisp communication, constructive critique, and excellent taste.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing and shipping digital products with measurable user and business impact.
- Strong systems thinking and information architecture.
- Exceptional UI craft: composition, typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy.
- Proven ability to design and implement motion and interaction patterns, including coded animations.
- Fluency with AI-assisted creativity.
- Confident working from zero to one and from one to scale.
- A portfolio that pairs sharp UX reasoning with unmistakable visual quality.
