Senior Product Designer - Internal Tool

Own the end-to-end design process for a high-impact internal application used across multiple operational teams. Collaborate directly with internal users and teams to understand their day-to-day tasks, challenges, and motivations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for a high-impact internal application used across multiple operational teams.
• Collaborate directly with internal users and teams to understand their day-to-day tasks, challenges, and motivations.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data to define, design, and deliver features that improve operational efficiency and transparency.
• Create new interaction patterns and frameworks to replace legacy workflows.
• Lead the development of a dedicated design system for internal tools, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and consistency across multiple modules.
• The tool’s users are international, and you’ll have direct access to their needs and feedback to prototype and test early and often.
• Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery in a phased rollout environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with product teams to ship complex tools or consumer products (7+ years preferred).
• Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills—you love mapping out logic, states, and dependencies.
• Proven experience designing for data-rich or workflow-heavy products (e.g., dashboards, internal tools, admin interfaces).
• Belief that internal tools can be both functional and beautiful—attention to craft, detail, and usability.
• You’re curious—you work from customer needs first and use your work to explore multiple possible solutions.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems from the ground up is a plus.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
• Excellent communication skills—able to work and communicate effectively with international partners, and to translate technical and operational complexity into intuitive experiences.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
