Onsite Full-time Manager

Lead a design team to create and improve user experiences for various services and products. Collaborate with policy and product leaders to define service requirements and propose improvements based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a design team that will create and improve the experience of using various services and products associated with the rakuten group's overall customer strategy.
  • Collaborate with each policy and product leader, our main activities include defining service requirements, designing experiences/information, extracting user issues, and proposing improvements.
  • Conduct user tests and surveys if necessary.

  • Scenario design based on persona design and user survey, and extraction of user needs
  • Design based on UCD knowledge and processes (site structure, screen design, interaction, navigation)
  • Problem extraction, verification, and usability evaluation by user testing
  • Design of smartphones and APPS
  • Japanese language skills (business-level conversation, reading and writing)
