Assist the UX lead in executing the product vision through the end-to-end product design process. Collaborate with the research team to make informed design decisions and deliver optimized solutions across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Help execute the product vision by being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process
- Work closely with the research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions
- Design and deliver Desktop, Web, and Mobile solutions that are optimized for multiple applications
- Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
- Work closely with the larger firmwide UX team to share design best practices, align on patterns, and promote a design-centric culture
Requirements
- Experience in UX design
- Ability to work closely with the UX lead and research team
- Knowledge of design tools and processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Interest in client-first values and commitment to diversity and inclusion
