Lead the end-to-end product design process, transforming complex concepts into user-friendly solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff to engineering
- Translate complex financial and digital concepts into clear, simple, and engaging product experiences
- Conduct and synthesize user research, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define product requirements, roadmaps, and strategy
- Drive alignment and discussions across teams, effectively managing feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Contribute to and maintain design systems
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for design best practices
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Deep expertise in design systems
- Ability to balance user-centered design, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
- Experience translating research insights and metrics into actionable design solutions
- Familiarity with both web and mobile platforms
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder relationships
