Senior Product Designer (B2C Ticket Office, Checkout & Monetization)

Design end-to-end experiences across web, app, and partner platforms, focusing on user discovery and purchase. Build and evolve the Platinumlist Design System while contributing to UX research and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences across web, app, and partner platforms — from discovery to purchase.
• Build and evolve the Platinumlist Design System in collaboration with other designers and developers.
• Contribute to UX research and discovery — interview users, analyze pain points, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Prototype and validate ideas through rapid iteration, ensuring high quality and usability.
• Maintain consistency across multiple products while allowing flexibility for localized or partner experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products for both desktop and mobile.
• Strong command of Figma and component-based design.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and ability to translate insights into intuitive interfaces.
• Solid communication skills in English (Russian is a plus).
• Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of prototyping tools (Framer, Protopie, Webflow, etc.)
• Motion design skills (After Effects or similar)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS or native mobile UI frameworks
• Previous work in SaaS, e-commerce, or ticketing platforms
