Assist in executing the product vision by participating in the end-to-end product design process. Collaborate with the research team to make value-driven design decisions and deliver responsive solutions for web and mobile interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Help execute the product vision by being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process
- Provide design solutions for content-focused experiences and content authoring tools
- Work closely with the research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions optimized for web and mobile interfaces
- Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
- Work closely with the larger Wealth Management UX team to share design best practices, align on patterns, and promote a design-centric culture
Requirements
- 2-5 years as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of launched products
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, preferably, master's degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
- Leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively validate and enhance design concepts
- Thrive in a collaborative, explorative environment
- Practice active listening and contribute in group situations
- Get excited by complex projects with high levels of ambiguity and are resilient in the face of obstacles
