PA Consulting is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead complex design projects, manage client relationships, and drive innovation in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex design projects from strategy to execution
- Produce exceptional design deliverables across the entire design spectrum
- Build teams that work on complex projects
- Shape design approaches, influence client decisions, and mentor design colleagues
- Contribute to business development by creating new client offers and enhancing existing ones
- Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Use technical skills to problem solve with clients and work on internal projects
- Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team
- Hybrid working with the team on client site or in the office a minimum of two days per week
Requirements
- Thrive in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in designing for AI-powered experiences and using AI to enhance creative process
- Proven track record in creating and delivering successful services for private and public sector clients
- Experience in a client-facing role with strong client relationships and assignment outcomes
- Experience of leading proposals
- Collaborative and empathetic leadership style
- Comfortable working across all PA industries
- Familiarity with current trends in service design and emerging technologies
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic thinking and innovation skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and methodologies
