The User Experience (UX) Writer will develop interactive product questionnaires and write/edit text to simplify the creation of legal documents. They will collaborate with various departments to enhance usability and optimize web products for user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop interactive product questionnaires that customers fill out to create customized legal documents
- Write and edit text to make the creation of legal documents simple and easy for our users
- Collaborate with our Legal, Design, Development and QA departments to create powerful, interactive web products
- Gather and sort through quantitative and qualitative data to determine problem areas and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Law, Business, Library Science, or other relevant fields
- Technical writing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
- Ability to communicate complicated information in a succinct way
