UI Designer

We are looking for a UI Designer to become the guardian of our D2C eCommerce platform’s brand identity, focusing on strategic thinking, user behavior analysis, and aesthetic design.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the design, aesthetics and UI of our eCommerce platform (website + mobile app)
• Build the consistency and alignment of design in all landing pages and consumer touchpoints on the website and app
• Become a brand-guardian for the platform when it comes to all visual representations at consumer touch points and ensure brand ethos are maintained
• End-to-end creation of high-converting landing pages through effective collaboration, creative direction, and performance optimization
• Understand conversion rate optimization and work to constantly boost the conversion rates of the website as well as individual landing pages
• Design and build landing pages for new product launches on plug-and-play landing page builders on our Shopify store
• Work within the limitations of the apps and plugins in current use to design user-experience journey innovations for testing and design optimization

Requirements

• 4+ years of Design experience in UI and/or branding
• Masters from top design institutes such as NID, Sristi School of Design
• Proficient in English language and ability to translate copy into design
• Willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Not afraid of challenges and hard work
• Reliable team player with a sense of ownership
• Attention to detail
