Participate in product requirement discussions, develop interaction solutions, and optimize user experience through user testing and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Participate in product requirement discussions and user research, translating user needs into clear interactive logic and workflow designs.
- Develop interaction solutions based on requirement objectives and experience design principles, supported by design rationale to demonstrate solution feasibility and end-to-end experience closure.
- Engage in user testing and feedback collection, analyze data (e.g., user behavior paths), and continuously refine product interaction details to enhance user satisfaction.
- Work closely with product, development, visual design, and user research teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency, driving efficient project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or related fields.
- Overseas education background is preferred.
- Proficient in English as a working language, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas colleagues.
- Proficiency in Cantonese or Japanese is preferred.
- Skilled in Figma for prototyping.
- Knowledge of motion design is a plus.
- Familiarity with internet user experience design theories, demonstrated through coursework or internship projects.
- Interest in securities investment; practical trading experience or financial certifications are preferred.
- Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
