Zenwork is hiring a UI/UX Designer to contribute to creating seamless and intuitive digital experiences for their tax compliance and regulatory reporting technology products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on research insights
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences
- Create visually appealing, responsive, and accessible designs
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure a unified look and feel across all product suite
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS or B2B products
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and creative problem-solving
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts (not mandatory but helps collaboration with developers)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects
