Lead Product Designer - Zoom Revenue Accelerator

Lead high-impact projects that define the future of the Zoom Revenue Accelerator platform. Establish design standards and create scalable solutions through cross-functional teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Designing at Scale - Lead high-impact, mission-critical projects that define the future of ZRA
- Own the design strategy and execution end-to-end with emphasis on refined, production-ready visuals
- Mentoring early-career conversation designers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Managing complex cross-functional projects spanning multiple time zones
- Designing and Prototyping using tools like Prompting, Vibe Coding, Cursor, FigmaMake (and other relevant tools)
- Implementing systems thinking, contributing back to our design systems library
- Bring excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate positions to influence and work with partners, with new design thinking
Requirements
- 10 years of product design experience and a user-centered interaction design portfolio, including 2+ years in revenue technology, sales enablement, or related SaaS fields
- Demonstrate managing complex cross-functional projects spanning multiple teams and time zones
- Display excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design thinking and influence stakeholders
- Lead and execute conversational flows for AI-driven tools (chatbots, IVRs) while advancing NLU and LLM experiences across products
- Show the ability to mentor early-career conversation designers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Share market trends, user research feedback, and data insights to optimize experiences across platforms
- Display an understanding of language models (NLU and LLM) by combining it with deep conversation design expertise
