Lead design for core activation experiences that deepen creator–fan relationships and drive monetization. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to scope, iterate, and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for core activation experiences that deepen creator–fan relationships and drive monetization.
- Translate broad, multi-touchpoint journeys into clear, actionable product flows and strategies.
- Identify and design tools that help creators showcase their work in ways that inspire fan engagement and conversion.
- Help activate new fans exploring their interests on Patreon through features that foster deeper connections between them and the creators they discover.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to scope, iterate, and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
- Use insights from research, data, and market analysis to inform long-term design direction and validate solutions.
- Maintain a high bar for craft in visual and interaction design across membership experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, with a focus on consumer-facing digital products.
- Proven track record designing for complex, multi-step user journeys that drive retention, engagement, or monetization.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an eye for clarity, simplicity, and detail.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and converging toward clarity through exploration and iteration.
- Skilled collaborator who builds trust and alignment across disciplines.
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped, high-impact work with measurable results.
