Product Designer (Contract, Part-time)

As a Product Designer, you will create user-centric interfaces for a threat intelligence product, collaborating with product and engineering teams. Your designs will enhance user visibility into network infrastructure and help identify critical threats and vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for threat intelligence dashboards, alerts, reports, and visualizations.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications using industry-standard design tools.
- Focus on usability and responsiveness to ensure designs work across various platforms and devices.
- Translate complex threat data into clear, meaningful visualizations.
- Apply best practices for presenting security data to ensure clarity, legibility, and quick insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on security tools, threat intelligence platforms, or data-heavy applications.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work in designing user interfaces for complex data-driven products.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience designing data visualizations, with a focus on presenting complex, technical data.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence workflows, cybersecurity terminology, and common security tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
