You will concept, design, and animate cohesive assets across various digital and print channels while evolving the VTS brand's visual identity. Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling assets that drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Concept, design, and animate high-impact creative for digital and print channels, including paid ads, social, presentations, email, events, web, and direct mail.
- Build and evolve marketing materials across campaigns, partnerships, PR/comms, and events.
- Collaborate with the Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to turn strategies into visually compelling assets that drive performance.
- Develop motion graphics that enhance storytelling across web, social, and campaign channels.
- Push and expand VTS’ visual identity, ensuring every execution feels fresh, premium, and on-brand.
- Assist in providing art direction and design guidance for brand, social, video, and photography projects.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
- Stay inspired by emerging design, cultural, and design trends, bringing new ideas to the table regularly.
Requirements
- Design experience, preferably within marketing, brand, or creative teams.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign).
- Skilled in Figma for UI layouts, collaborative design, and component systems.
- Strong understanding of motion design and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Passionate about maintaining brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
- A collaborative team player who thrives on feedback and iteration.
