You will create and iterate on digital ad designs that convert, delivering high-quality, on-brand visuals that meet tight deadlines. Collaborating closely with creative strategists and media buyers, you will turn ideas into high-performing visuals for various brands.
Responsibilities
- Design static and motion ads for social platforms
- Produce multiple versions optimized for size and format
- Collaborate with creative strategists on direction and storytelling
- Manage quick turnarounds while maintaining visual excellence
- Organize design files for easy access and iteration
- Stay updated on paid-social creative trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of graphic design experience focused on paid-social ads
- Strong, diverse portfolio of ad creatives
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- Creative speed with attention to detail
- Comfort in agency or freelance-style environments
- Excellent communication and time management skills
