Graphic Designer to help define and execute CX2's visual identity across digital and print.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative materials including websites, digital ads, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines
- Own projects from concept through final delivery
- Integrate AI-assisted tools into workflows for speed and innovation
- Prepare and QA design files for production (print, web, email)
- Manage and organize design assets
- Continuously explore new ideas, trends, and technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design across print, UX/UI, and digital campaigns
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems
- Experience with email and social media campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Positive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
- Portfolio showcasing original work across multiple formats
- US Citizen, Green Card holder, or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
