Technical Designer/Graphic Designer to create and manage product design schematics and projects, focusing on appearance and branding.
Responsibilities
- Work with Graphic Designers to create and put together design schematics for production
- Assist with ideation, concept development, and branding
- Lead team projects and work independently to complete individual projects
- Develop print, packaging, 3-D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials
- Effectively use computerized systems in design process
- Work with functional teams from initial concept development to final production and distribution
- Manage individual projects including internal briefings, timelines, and scheduling work-back schedules
- Budget management, supplier coordination, reviewing specs, recommending production alternatives, and maintaining quality production standards
- Manage both individual projects as well as groups of projects to stay within stated budgets
- Estimate all aspects of project development
- Communicate project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and graphic materials
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience or 7-8 years of experience if no bachelors
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
- Previous experience working in screen print is nice to have
- CLO 3D fashion design software is nice to have
- Efficient on Mac laptop and Microsoft office
- Strong communications, working with Graphic designers and factory partners with client
- Passion for Sportswear and streetwear
