Lead and develop research activities in the area of financial health, primarily in mobile banking. Conduct research from start to finish, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate research from question definition to data interpretation
- Conduct deep interviews and usability testing, formulate questionnaires, and collaborate with research agencies
- Facilitate sense-making and insight workshops across teams
- Promote research democratization, mentor juniors, and establish research processes
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, data analysts, and developers
- Study and understand user behavior in mobile banking
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools and LLM for data analysis and synthesis
- Present research findings to stakeholders impacting product decisions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with UX research (ideally in a product team)
- Ability to lead the entire research process from hypotheses and methodology to analysis and recommendations
- Experience in leading research projects or supervising colleagues
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Condens, Atlas.ti, Excel, SPSS)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Analytics)
- Effective use of LLM (prompting, limits, data analysis)
- Clear communication in business language
- Background in sociology or anthropology (optional)
- Experience with agile environments and Continuous Discovery approach (optional)
