The UI/UX Designer will create user-centered design solutions based on product and service requirements. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective interaction design and usability through research and testing.
Responsibilities
- Understand product and service design requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions
- Define and refine information architecture, user workflows, and interaction patterns iteratively
- Create clear design documentation and handoff for development
- Apply the design system in user interface design
- Evaluate user experience and user interface design using appropriate research and evaluation methods
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across product and service experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in digital product development with at least 5 years of experience (mid–senior level)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interface design, interaction design, and application of design systems
- Hands-on experience with user research and UX evaluation methods
- Proven experience applying design systems effectively
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, complex environments
Key Skills
- Experience with industrial solutions, digital twin, or complex SaaS products
- Degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills across diverse teams
