User Experience Researcher

A UX Researcher is needed to join a high-impact product team focused on enhancing internal tools for incident and outage management, working remotely with PST hours preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute weekly rapid UX research studies
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover actionable insights
• Create concise, executive-level reports for diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams
• Drive usability and efficiency improvements for incident management workflows

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on industry experience in UX Research (post-graduation)
• Expertise in rapid research methodologies and iterative testing
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage end-to-end studies
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and written communication skills
• Experience with incident or outage management systems (Microsoft ICM or similar preferred)
