As a UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences across customer lifecycle platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex workflows into seamless digital journeys.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences across customer lifecycle platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex workflows into seamless digital journeys.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners.
Key Skills
- Experience working in agile environments and participating in sprint rituals.
- Exposure to Retool, React.js, or other frontend technologies.
- Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces and enterprise-grade platforms.
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or financial services platforms.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on UX trends and best practices.
- Experience with UX writing or content strategy.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to inform design decisions.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
- Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
