Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business and user requirements into clear, actionable design strategies and deliverables.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that simplify complex tax and accounting workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct and advocate for user research, usability testing, and iterative design practices.
  • Apply design thinking, Lean UX, and Jobs-to-be-Done methodologies to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure consistency and usability across platforms through design systems and standards.
  • Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders across disciplines and geographies.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design processes and best practices across APAC and European teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, preferably in enterprise software or financial services.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex digital products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and international teams.
  • Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
