Responsibilities
- Translate complex business and user requirements into clear, actionable design strategies and deliverables.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that simplify complex tax and accounting workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Conduct and advocate for user research, usability testing, and iterative design practices.
- Apply design thinking, Lean UX, and Jobs-to-be-Done methodologies to inform product decisions.
- Ensure consistency and usability across platforms through design systems and standards.
- Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders across disciplines and geographies.
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes and best practices across APAC and European teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, preferably in enterprise software or financial services.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and international teams.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
