UX Designer – Salesforce Projects

The UX Designer will facilitate discovery sessions to understand user needs and translate complex workflows into user-friendly Salesforce experiences. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure design aligns with technical feasibility and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business goals, user needs, and process challenges
  • Translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly Salesforce experiences
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
  • Create design assets and guidelines aligned with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and client brand standards
  • Ensure accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and consistency across all designs
  • Work closely with Salesforce Consultants, Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to align design with technical feasibility
  • Provide input into Experience Cloud site structure, navigation, and component usage
  • Support client-facing presentations, design reviews, and workshops
  • Conduct UX audits and heuristic evaluations on existing Salesforce implementations
  • Champion user experience best practices and contribute to internal design frameworks
  • Stay current on Salesforce UX trends, design tools, and digital experience standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise or cloud software environments
  • Experience designing for Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) is highly valued
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
  • Understanding of the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Experience Cloud constraints (preferred)
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles and responsive web design
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile project teams
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end principles is a plus (not required)
