Manage the entire design cycle, from research to crafting pixel-perfect UI for every scenario and state. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive product research based on data, usability sessions, support tickets, and competitive analysis
- Educate and mentor designers across Wix about best practices for using the Design System
- Define and maintain clear contribution and maintenance processes for components
- Drive consistency across multiple products while balancing flexibility and scalability
- Deliver thoughtful, high-quality visual design in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, brand designers, UX writers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on design systems
- Deep proficiency in Figma — including variables, tokens, components, and themes
- Experience with large-scale production design systems and multi-product environments
- Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript)
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
