Remote $110,000 - $120,000 Full-time Mid-level
Validity is hiring an experienced UX Designer to lead user experience design strategy, create intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex user experience challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features
- Create clear, actionable data visualizations that help users extract insights from complex data
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, shape product direction, and iterate based on customer feedback
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into your designs
- Apply and extend our design system to maintain consistency
- Transform complex user needs into elegant, intuitive solutions
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of full-time, post-internship professional UX design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX Designer-level professional projects and work experience, including the ability to simplify complex data and processes
- Strong proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
- Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to non-designers
- Experience with usability testing and iterative design processes
- Experience with design systems
- Experience leading customer interviews
- Experience working in a remote environment
Key Skills
- Strong proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma
