The Graphic Designer will develop and maintain cohesive visual brand systems and collaborate with various teams to shape brand strategies. This role also involves leading the design and production of high-quality visual content across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cohesive visual brand systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative and business teams to shape brand strategies
- Lead the design and production of high-quality visual content across multiple platforms
- Serve as a brand governance lead by ensuring creative alignment and consistency
- Track brand perception, monitor campaign performance and interpret market insights
- Develop and maintain scalable templates, toolkits and visual standards
- Stay current with emerging trends in branding, design and visual storytelling
- Maintain compliance in assigned required training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, branding or design agency/internal department
- Strong online portfolio showcasing both print and interactive design, with an emphasis on brand strategies and digital assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign
- Proven ability to maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven attention to detail and high levels of organization
- Ability to think strategically, adapt to changing project needs and solve problems creatively
- Highly self-motivated and proactive in staying up to date with industry trends, tools and best practices
Key Skills
- Proven ability to design and produce high-quality, visually compelling materials
- Understanding of branding principles
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with marketing managers, copywriters, designers and subject matter experts
- Demonstrated ability to brainstorm with design colleagues
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to evolving design needs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign
- Proven ability to maintain brand consistency
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
