The Graphic Designer will develop training materials and internal communications while ensuring compliance with company standards. They will collaborate with instructional design teams to create visual materials that enhance learning and retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop materials for training and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company standards and accessibility guidelines
- Collaborate with instructional design and educational content to create visual materials that support learning and retention
- Produce digital pieces and printed materials; create complete visual identities
- Propose solutions to UX problems (usability, findability, etc.) and create interfaces (UI) that maximize the student experience
- Stay up to date on competing products and industry trends
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
- Previous experience as a graphic designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating impactful presentations
- Knowledge of visual communication applied to learning
- Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline / Rise)
