The graphic designer will create compelling visual content across various formats while ensuring alignment with brand identity. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects from concept to final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts that align with strategic goals and brand standards.
- Design and produce a wide range of materials, including marketing collateral, digital assets, event and conference materials, internal communications.
- Support customer-facing teams and lead visual development for presentations and sales support materials.
- Contribute to the ongoing rebrand initiative by developing updated visual assets across platforms.
- Build and format emails within HubSpot and ensure consistency in design across campaigns.
- Maintain and update website visuals, page layouts and graphics using content management systems.
- Apply knowledge of current design trends, brand guidelines and best practices to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Take initiative and ownership of creative projects, presenting and defending design decisions with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Stay current with design trends, tools and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Adobe Premier (or equivalent video editing software experience) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) and digital best practices.
