e2 Agency is hiring an Email Designer to create conversion-focused email templates and assets, building them flawlessly in Klaviyo for high-performing DTC brands.
Responsibilities
- Design visually stunning, conversion-focused email templates and create captivating visual assets for email marketing campaigns
- Build and implement email designs within Klaviyo - uploading images and GIFs, adjusting spacing and padding, selecting fonts and sizes, creating buttons and footers, and ensuring mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate closely with the email marketing manager and copywriter to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and branding guidelines
- Develop multiple mockups of base email templates for new clients to choose from, utilizing their marketing materials and brand assets
- Implement feedback from the email marketing manager quickly and accurately
- Adapt to different brand guidelines and design concepts, catering to the unique aesthetics of each client
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and email marketing
Requirements
- Results-oriented designs that hit 1.5% click rates or above
- Timely delivery of 2 weeks ahead of schedule
- Constant improvements in brand guidelines and design concepts
- Availability to handle multiple clients
- Proficiency in Klaviyo
- Understanding of conversion psychology
