UX Designer, YouTube Paid Digital Goods

Google is seeking an Interaction Designer to craft industry-leading user experiences for YouTube Paid Digital Goods team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
• Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Experience with motion and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principles, or similar).
• Experience implementing visual design systems across multiple platforms and surfaces.
• Portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience leading design projects.
• Preferred: Experience designing for consumer, B2C products and apps.
