Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for complex, high-impact features
- Champion design as a discipline rooted in clarity and intent
- Collaborate with design systems and brand teams to define a scalable visual strategy
- Design high-quality user journeys and product experiences
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams
- Conduct and lead user research and usability testing
- Drive significant contributions to the design system
- Mentor and guide mid-level and senior designers
- Articulate the value of great design and its connection to business goals
- Be a valued voice in the design leadership group
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing within a SaaS product environment
- Robust foundation in design principles and theory
- Demonstrated experience working in complex SaaS agile environments
- Evidence of design work that has delivered a measurable business impact
- Skilled in communication and storytelling
- Extensive experience with design systems and front-end implementation practices
- Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Motivation to integrate AI tools into workflow
