Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will design and deliver user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and define user needs, while continuously improving the user experience through research and data.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver thoughtful, user-centered end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile, from concept to launch
- Translate product requirements into clear, elegant UX/UI solutions that solve real user problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsāProduct, Engineering, Data, and Marketingāto shape strategy and define user needs
- Use research, experimentation, and data to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience
- Communicate ideas and test hypotheses
- Contribute to our design system by building reusable components and ensuring visual and functional consistency
- Participate in design critiques and help foster a culture of feedback, learning, and shared ownership
- Stay close to our usersāunderstand their needs, pain points, and behaviorsāand advocate for them in every design conversation
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in cross-functional product teams
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, polished UX/UI craft, and measurable impact on product outcomes
- Advanced interaction and visual design skills
- Deep experience with modern design tools like Figma
- Confidence leading the full design process
- Ability to build and organize design artefacts
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Confidence in running usability tests, user interviews, or co-creation workshops
- A user-first approach grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership
- The ability to balance speed and quality, make trade-offs, and move work forward independently
- A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring or guiding other designers and elevating team craft
- Fluent English language skills
Key Skills
- Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or other complex, data-heavy products
- Comfort making sense of ambiguity and bringing clarity to messy problem spaces
