Own the product design process end-to-end and work directly with PM, engineering, and growth teams to create and prioritize new features. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs based on user feedback and collaborate with teams to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Owning the product design process of the Arrakis end-to-end
- Working directly with the PM, engineering & growth teams to create and prioritize new features
- Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs for the platform in Figma
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate quantitative and qualitative data into intuitive designs
- Identifying and proposing potential user research and experiment ideas
- Building and maintaining Arrakis' design system
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with the entire product design lifecycle
- Strong portfolio of beautifully designed products
- Extensive experience using Figma
- Ability to work autonomously with broad guidelines
- Great communication skills and open to feedback
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and growth teams
- Experience in user research and translating user data into designs
Key Skills
- Experience in working in Web3, especially DeFi
- Web3 knowledge and deep understanding of the Web3 user flow
