Create visuals that tell compelling stories about AI's impact on customer experiences across various platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to visualize complex ideas simply and beautifully.

Responsibilities

  • Create visuals that tell clear, compelling stories about how AI transforms customer experiences across campaigns, presentations, digital content, and social platforms.
  • Translate complex concepts into simple, visually engaging graphics, layouts, and narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Design across channels: social media, web, paid ads, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Develop systems and templates that ensure brand consistency and scalability across teams.
  • Collaborate with content writers, growth marketers, and product experts to visualize Ada’s stories.
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven design tools (for ideation, layout, or asset creation) to expand creative potential and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Ada’s visual language and bring fresh thinking to how we communicate complex ideas simply and beautifully.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or communication design. Ideally with exposure to technology, B2B SaaS, or storytelling-driven marketing.
  • A portfolio that showcases strong technical design skills, visual storytelling, and clarity of communication across mediums.
  • Experience designing for a range of formats: web, social, email, decks, print (motion graphics is a bonus).
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and interpreting conceptual briefs.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Understanding of responsive and digital design principles (asset optimization, accessibility, file preparation).
  • Curiosity and comfort in exploring AI-enhanced tools for creative ideation and asset generation.
  • Familiarity with motion or animation (After Effects or equivalent) is a bonus.
