The Graphic Designer will develop visual materials for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and creating impactful designs for campaigns. The role involves collaboration with marketing and product teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual materials for social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Create infographics, marketing decks, and promotional assets.
- Design digital content for online campaigns, mobile apps, and in-app banners.
- Prepare materials for print (posters, flyers, event collateral) as required.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and business teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas to elevate brand engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fintech, digital marketing, or agency environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong sense of color, typography, and layout design.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
