Junior Graphic Designer

You will be involved in various design tasks, from concept development to finished deliverables in a variety of media. The role requires you to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Be a self-motivated team player, extremely organised with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, maintaining consistency and quality, regardless of project size.
• Work on a range of projects from standalone diagrams and illustrations to comprehensive documents and presentation decks.
• Assist on longer-term projects such as eLearning development and delivering the marketing plan by way of managing website news stories and LinkedIn posts.

Requirements

• Previous professional design experience is preferred, but more importantly, we’re interested in someone with the right attitude and initiative.
• Sound knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience in MS Office applications.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Good understanding of typography and layout.
• Demonstrated skills at working collaboratively with others to achieve desired results.
• Proven ability to work creatively within brand guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret a brief, understand how to bring to life key messages.
• Experience setting up templates in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Pride in your work, with a keen eye for detail in every output.
• Ability to take on and process feedback to improve upon.
• Web design/management experience is desirable but not essential.
